Equitas is led by Marco Placencia, whose qualifications include 19 years experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing as well as designations awarded by the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). Marco’s commercial real estate experience includes nine years as a Realtor and Broker Associate with Bauer & Associates, a commercial real estate firm in the Tulsa market and six years experience as Vice President of Brokerage Service for Trammell Crow Company, a national brokerage firm since acquired by CB Richard Ellis. Marco’s unique approach to serving clients combines the best practices of local and national brokerage firms.
Marco has assisted many local, regional and national clients with their commercial real estate requirements. Believing that repeat clients are the best measure of quality service, Marco is very pleased with his growing base of repeat clients; many of whom are licensed real estate brokers.

Ron G. Kelley has been in the Real Estate industry over 40 years as a Builder, Developer, and Broker. As a Builder he has built approximately 1000 new homes, mostly in communities he developed. As a Developer he has developed and sold close to 1400 lots in nine communities. Ron's experience as a Commercial Broker started with Bauer & Associates in Tulsa and continued for 19 years as President of First Equity Corporation. This body of work provides Ron with a deep well of knowledge to share with his clients. Integrity, insight and experience are the foundation of his business approach in helping his clients with the challenges of today's Real Estate market.
